ITEMS DISCUSSED--DECEMBER MEETING

This meeting was held at Joel Burns's home. Mark Howard, Brenda McIntyre and Joel Burns were in attendance. Items discussed were monthly budget, water leaks and gate access.

46th Street residents please make sure your front yard gates are closed at all times for community safety.

All residents please report any water leaks running into the street to Mark Howard @ 254-366-0347.

Please keep in mind that our entry and exit gates have a 20 second timer on them when going in and out.

Our next board meeting will be on January 9th at 5:00 P.M for any of those of you that would like to attend. It will be at Brenda Mcintyre's home at 1205 Drake Court.

• Mark Howard, President - three year term

• Brenda McIntyre, Treasurer - one year term

• Joel Burns, Secretary - one year term
