ITEMS DISCUSSED--SEPTEMBER MEETING
This meeting was held at Joel Burns's home. Mark Odis, Brenda McIntyre and Joel Burns were in attendance. Items discussed were completion of fence, repair of gate and completion of road work in the subdivision. Also, Joel Burns will be updating the current homeowner directory and sending copies to all residents through email.
Our next board meeting will be on October 8th at 5:00 P.M for any of those of you that would like to attend. It will be at Brenda Mcintyre's home at 1205 Drake Court.

Mark Odis, President - three year term
Brenda McIntyre, Treasurer - one year term
Joel Burns, Secretary - one year term
