ITEMS DISCUSSED--AUGUST MEETING
This meeting was held at Mark Odis's home. Our new neighbor Brenda McIntyre was elected for a one year term as board treasurer. The fence has been completed, and the gate has finally been repaired to correct working order. Mark is still in contact with the city regarding the street repair. Mark also mentioned that he would be splitting the wood in the common area for those that would like to use it afterwards.
Our next board meeting will be on September 10th at 6:00 P.M for any of those of you that would like to attend. It will be at Joel Burns's home at 1213 Drake Court should you like to attend.

Mark Odis, President - three year term
Brenda McIntyre, Treasurer - one year term
Joel Burns, Secretary - one year term
*terms are set by the date of the annual meeting
